RSI bed replacement

What happens to your rear bumper proximity sensors and backup camera?

I looked at this before I got Mjölnir. Very tempting - especially the dust-proofness. My Diamondback serves me well in all respects other than keeping dust out.

The unique thing here is it’s a flatbed, that has more than flatbed utility when you need it to.

Notice they position it for farmers and ranchers in the opening sentence. Flatbed is so useful for ag/con work. But so wasteful for recreation. This kind of hybrid is the holy grail.

Good point about the backup sensors/cameras. I imagine they could be wired back up into this bed? Trailer backup seems out the window but I’ve yet to find a reason to utilize that anyway.

Would be great if they could be retained but I’d wager you’d lose them. I’d sacrifice.

oh wow. This is exactly what I’ve been looking for. Seen this @ccw?

We’re gonna need a group buy.
Dang. Pricey, but sure is tempting with how modular it seems to be. Haven’t seen this yet. Absolutely love the storage compartments on side the side of the bed and the drawer under the bed!

If this thing will be modular enough to go from flatbed to drop sides to smartcap and with reasonable time/effort, I will as a factual matter, be putting this on the Tremor.
Also interested in conversion time. Adding all of the bits jacks the price up, too. Would be over $14,000 plus tax and install. But boy could that be a sweet setup.

RSI Flat bed and drop sides. If those RSI drop side can hold the Four wheel camper Project M. I’m on it!!! ??
Sincerely doubt it would work with Project M. The drop sides look to be thin compared to regular bed sides and therefore couldn’t bear a vertical load, only a side load. Lines up with the intent of mimicking standard flat bed drop sides.
