Roush Super Duty Style LED Grill Lights

I really like the look of the grill LED's that Roush puts on their Super Duty's. I realize they have an entirely different grill so there was likely a spot specifically designed for the lights. However, I am wondering if there is a way to get this look with a stock grill. I like how the lights line up with the upper portion of the headlights and look refined and not added on if that makes sense.

So looks like the space is taller on the Roush grill?

There are probably some led lites that could fit.
