Rough Country 40" curved LED bar

I ordered this Rough Country curved 40" LED bar to go in my Addictive Desert Designs bumper. Came with the harness, mounts and all necessary hardware. Really good price IMO, considering the LUMENS and Watts it puts out.

The light looks very nice. I've never had this brand, but I can share that I've used lights at a similar price point and while the lights were great, I found the mounting hardware lacking, especially when mounting to the bumper.

From the pics on the product website, those brackets look paper thin...I've personally had them shear completely in half just based on off road driving (not actually hitting anything). I'd reinforce or upgrade them, especially considering you'll be mounting IN your bumper. Referring to the ADD instructions, they recommend installing lights & winches in step 8 of 16, so it'd be a real bummer to have to pull the bumper off for a light reinstall because a cheap bracket left your lights dangling.

Rough Country has been around for quite some time, but I've never had one of their products, until now. My last 40" LED bar I got off Amazon and it was great for the 2 years I had it.

Hopefully no issues with this one!

I had a RC led light bar on my last truck. It ended up with moisture inside the light after a few months. I called RC told them what I had they gave me an RMA and sent me a new light bar. I had no issues with the replacement. Just passing forward some info.

I personally have one. It's a nice light and the price is reasonable. I know you can spend a ton on lighting. Are there more advanced lights out there? Sure. At the price point I'll buy a new one if I have an issue.
