Are the Super Duty’s automatically built with marker lights? I realize you can select LED but if not selected are the orange lights installed per DOT?

No. Clearance lights are a $95 option. The truck isn’t wide enough to require them.
What if you are towing a RV? You know anything about this? Need amber marker to tow?

If the towing vehicle is OVER 80" wide it would need marker lights on the truck, like a dually (96") or a Raptor (86.3")
Tremor is 80"

I internationally ordered w/o clearance lights and a sunroof for that exact reason. More stuff to leak. I’ve had nightmare water issues in the past.
Well mine was made in Kentucky, USA, but agree with your sentiment and made the same decision ?

Haha I see what you did there. I went back and fixed my “auto correct” error
I have trained my auto-correct to substitute autoINcorrect whenever I type auto-correct for accuracy's sake. Hence, I had to slowly type and retype this post ?

I’m having them currently on my 19’. Like I said, “built this one correctly” hopefully. ?

I have them on the current truck, and ordered the next one without. After three affirmative orders to the salesman to remove them, I finally said, "Man, I don't know how you like your trucks, but I don't want mine to look like a trash truck."

I think I hurt his feelings, but he finally took them off.

I hear ya. The first place I was gonna order form kept adding things to my builld that I absolutely did not want. I told the manager that everything I selected or did not select was for a reason. The guy just didn’t get it. Finally I told him pound salt

No marker lights. I’m happy with that decision for sure!

"with mirrors, it's 105.9 inches wide" ... "without it is 80 inches". Are regulations clear on that point? Just asking.

From everything I’ve researched. It’s good. The camper has its own clearance lights. And if I need to add lights, I can customize ??

Here's a quote from 49 CFR § 393.11 - Lamps and reflective devices, "Front Clearance Lamps - Attention Required for 2032mm wide or wider", so to me this means equal to 80" or more.

I agree that if you are only towing travel trailers, they should have the required lighting, but if you tow a heavy equipment trailer, they do not.
