I chucked up the pin in a drill and ground a better chamfer on the end. I also used Loctite copper anti seize.
This is the exact one I bought, which includes shipping. I opted for these since they're top notch Peerless brand and made in Italy. The pins do have a small chamfer already on them, but not enough IMO, so I just made the chamfer longer. I can't remember the default values before I changed them. I 'think' they were 60 front and 75 rear.According to FordPass my fronts are at 50, 49 and rears are at 60, 60. That is cold. No tire pressure warning - what is the factory setting?
Note: I have not changed anything via Forscan yet...

- Bambi Mode (Fog light on with High beams)
- Turn signal flash count set to 7
- Disable door ajar and seat belt chimes
- Disable triple start-up ding
- Disable double honk with fob outside of vehicle
- Disable double honk with fob locked inside of vehicle
- DPF % screen
