Looking at the owners manual in the capacities and specifications section for the 7.3 (page 469-470), all 3 axles are listed as options. I would assume the F250 gets the 10.5" Sterling and the F250HD and F350 SRW both get the 10.8" Dana M275. The DRW 350 / 450 get the 11.8" M300 (not an option for a Tremor since it is by default SRW).

Thanks for looking up that info. My delivery date isn't till late February and I haven't been able to find any info on the rear end.
Im also assuming that the 350 with 7.3 came with the M275, I'll just have to wait and see.

Hey MPark, I’m thinking of ordering a similar configuration as yours. What did the rear axle turn out to be? Also how are you liking the truck?

The rear ended up being the M275. I went 350 just to make sure I had enough truck instead if wishing I had went 350

The XLT package also gave me everything I needed, specially the payload.

Im loving my Tremor. It's pretty as loaded that the XLT has package can get. , Yes LED and leather would have been nice but I had to keep the cost at a respectable level.

Glad to hear it! That’s badass. I also wanted to ask you, how’s the ride? And you said you didn’t opt for the upgraded seats, so how are the seats? I’ve got a 2011 F350 XLT with the lower level seats and it feels like the frame of the truck is bolted directly to your spine when on washboard roads. Kills me, so seats and ride are an important question to me. How are they?

I came from a 2016 f150, to me the seats feel the same. The f150 was my 1st truck so I really don't know any different.

On the highway or city. feel it's pretty comfortable

Looks like my F-250 7.3 has the m275 rear axle as well. Wonder if this is what the use across the board on the tremors?

I think if you get 4.30 gears you get the M275, my F250 7.3 has it as well.

Is there pros and cons to the various diffs? Any strong preferences for one of them?

I think the manual said that you get the 11.8 if you order the 10k tow package.

I have the 10k package and M275. Was thinking that is how the F250 Tremors came, but not 100% sure.
