I had some time today to install my Readylift 1.5" leveling kit. I got the axle dropped and ran into a problem. The block doesn't fit flat on the perch with the bolt installed. Looks like the bolt hole might be drilled in the wrong spot. I'll be calling Readylift on Tuesday to see what they have to say.

Sorry to hear that. I did a 1.5” spacer from PMF suspension this past Friday and the fit was good…just FYI in case you need to go another route.

Just curious, are you changing your caster shims too?
Do you have a 22? I don't plan on installing caster shims.

I talked to readylift this morning about the problem I'm having. He told me that the blocks haven't been verified on a 2022. I guess they'll be going back to Amazon. I knew that, but assumed they would work since there's a guy on YouTube that installed them on a 21.

I'm curious how this will get resolved. From my experience, Readylift's customer service is super quick and responsive to requests, but they also absolutely love to say, "f' you," to the customer before asking for 5 stars on their CSR which you can't submit after the support ticket has been closed.

I looked at Rough Country for the hell of it. They also sell a 1.5" block. They have a note the states "Does NOT work on models equipped with Tremor Factory Trim Package". Guess I'll try PMF.

While the fit was perfect just FYI it took them FOREVER to get it shipped. It was about a week from the time the order was placed to the time it was shipped. Keep that in mind if you’re lining up a specific weekend to do the work.

Well, I got the PMF blocks and guess what? They have the same problem. I called PMF and the guy tells me that it's a problem with my truck since both theirs and the Readylift ones don't work and they have sold hundreds of them without a problem. I said your website said the blocks work on a 2022. Obviously, they don't work on all of them. I told him I have the Tremor package if that makes a difference. He didn't seem to know what that was. I sent him the pic below. I'll be returning them for a refund. Since I had the axle dropped I was done playing around. I still had the Readylift ones so I took a file to the chamfer on them a little bit at a time and made them work. DONE! I'll post a pic tomorrow. Dark now.

Good choice because the first spacer fits a little better. Does it get closer when you tighten it all the way down? Maybe the spring perch wasn’t milled correctly. It looks a little uneven.

I filed the Readylift block until it fit perfectly flat. Took like 5 minutes per block. I'd file a little and then check for fit until it was right.

Here are the pics along with the alignment info. I adjusted the headlights last night. Really happy with the results. I didn't want it perfectly leveled. Just a little rake so when I tow the camper or boat it's near level.

Looks good. Same reason I went with the 1.5” readylift. I still wanted rake and wanted to make sure I liked the stance before paying big money for the Carli. Still debating the carli though.

That looks awesome and your geometry is still like the Ford engineers spent millions designing it.
I love the simplicity!

Looks good! Any info on how to lower the headlights? Sick of getting flashed at night since doing the 1.5 level block...... Pics would be helpful if possible. Cheers

Real easy to do. Just follow the owner's manual page 411. There's only one adjuster on each lamp. You'll need a Phillips screwdriver.
