Sorry if this was posted before, but I wonder if it would be possible to install a flat work surface console lid from a '21 F150 into a Super Duty since we have a proper column shift?

Not much info is posted online of the dimensions of the '21 F150 flat work surface console lid or if the hinge bolt holes changed from the '20 F150.

Would be pretty nice though. Appreciate any input!

This would be worth looking into. Need to catch a '21 150 at a dealership and do some measuring.

If I can get the part # from a '21 F150, would anyone be willing to try this? Shouldn't be too hard returning the part if it doesn't fit. :D

Well when my replacement Tremor arrives it will be the first thing I have to figure out. My son has it on his F150, and its outstanding. The problem is going to be the contour of the compartment. The SD lid has a drop the end of it. The F150 does not. It may require replacing some of the plastic as well.

Just a guess but I think you would need the entire center console. And it would probably have alignment issues with the dash.
Wasn't sure if Ford made an entire new center console for the '21s. Typically they try to keep it 'parts bin' as much as they can.

Either way, this would be a ripe opportunity for the aftermarket to sell a bunch of these, unless Ford has a patent on it (which shouldn't be approved), but that's a different subject.
