The drive shaft is already rusty! ?

What's that plastic thing half covered in foil in the 4th pic?
It looks like it needs a bash plate!
That is the tranny pan. My last one looked a lot wetter. As far as the underside it looked better than mine at delivery. I assume it was from the truck ride through a blizzard to the dealership... truck only had 5 miles on it.

Anyone know of a shop in the San Antonio are that can do a nice job undercoating my truck. The dealerships here tell me that they do not do it and I called Line X and was told the same. I asked why and was told your in Texas no need to do it we do not have salt on our roads.

Is that factory or did you get it somewhere else?
That's not my truck or picture.
That is a factory option fold up step under the left corner, just as you see it in stowed position. It's a $300+ ($375?) option from the factory.

Factory. I’m sure you can order it and have Service install or do it yourself.

nice and clean....mines all salty:(
I hear ya Brother....fortunately my truck has not seen a salt road yet here in Western NC. I plan to keep it that way. We don’t get snow to speak of, no plows, and no rock salt/sand trucks. If it snows, we just stay home and chill.
The land of long Carolina blue sky summers and short winters. ??

I still haven’t found an aftermarket skid plate for under engine but if anyone does let me know. I sure would like to add one.

Nice pics! Thanks!
i could spend an hour under there checking stuff out!
Plenty of clearance to easily move around on a wheeled
creepy-crawler!
