I started my Tremor journey by getting a stellar dealer offer to buy my 2018 802a Raptor. At that point I decided it might not be a bad idea to let it go and sell my 04 6.0 Superduty and consolidate two trucks into one new Tremor.

I sold the Raptor, sold the Powerstroke and started my budget minded Tremor build. I didn't want a payment so the goal was to order it as cheap as possible with checking off the boxes that I did want. That put me in a loaded XLT for 67k on the order sheets. With X plan that took me down to 62k, I was comfortable there. Ordered the truck and played the waiting game.
While I was waiting I knew there were must haves that I wanted on my truck so I started acquiring the parts I wanted to build my truck.

As the boxes piles up in the living room, my superduty was being built at the Kentucky Truck Plant, and I would finally take delivery on Oct 21st 2020

Here's the new LED headlights and thr Lariat Sport Grille that I wanted.

Love the Dodge pic! Hell if that ain’t the truth.

I’m shocked you did all this without being no more than a negligible amount away from just buying a Lariat Sport/Black.
It was a 10k price difference to go Lariat sport. It would have put me back into a loan situation. Didn't want to do that.

How did you do the LED fog swap? And did you get a shop to color match to the Ford paint code? Going to do the same to my XLT

LED Fog lights are plug and play, just need the lights and the bezels and they plug right in if you have pre-existing fog lights. I did not paint match the bumpers perfectly. I took the truck to the powder coater and they matched up the powder coat to the paint as best as possible. It's not a perfect match, but I dare most of you to tell me that it's not factory without me pointing it out.

Added LineX, Built Right Industries Bed organizer, Hi-Lift Jack mount

Added the Built Right Dash Mount, mounted up short wave radio, added RAM Mount to hold the mic or cell phone. Also added USB Power outlet under the Built Right Mount, and relocated the AUX USB to under the dash mount. I couldn't stand having a USB always plugged into the dash.

Next step is to rip off the bumper and start designing a Winch Mount
