I'm not an electrician... But, maybe you could just disconnect the battery if you intend to let it set for 6 months?

Or connect a trickle charger?

6 months is a long time to let any vehicle set...

Yeah, could do a battery disconnect switch. Could do a plug in or solar charger. The whole mega electronic scene is going to be a huge adjustment for me. I'm used to reliable old Ford's that start when you need them.
2 weeks? Really, there's got to be something amiss with that.

Nice spread. I don't have my truck yet, but you've got me concerned. I can't have a truck that goes dead. I would be super concerned if I found the truck dead after 6 months of sitting! It's got to be a current draw. Good luck and keep,us posted please.
