2021 F350 Tremor
Saw this Tremor at Groove Ford in Centennial Colorado this morning. Looks like someone tried to rip their door off. By the way there is about half a dozen Tremors on the lot for sale there.

Doesn’t look like they’re turning that one into the insurance looks like they’re just gonna roll it but good reminder always close your doors when backing

By the damage that still remains, it looks like just that.....backing with the door open.
Maybe PO did a backup camera delete.

oks like theres a sled rack on the back i dont know if those let you close the tailgate? or do you have to remove it?

I was hoping this truck would have a mechanism to flip the camera around when you leave the gate down and back up.

Likely the body shop has sent the truck to the dealer to do part of the repairs outside of their purview. Really common. Called a sublet.

Most body shops aren’t going to put the mirrors emblems weatherstrip doorhandle back on a truck that still Has to be painted unless he’s having the work done at Earl Scheib ?

Yeah we’ve got about four work trucks with the same stamp on the fender all the guys backing up to the pump with the door open or just moving a truck with the door open

Personal experience in the field many moons ago. Vehicle repaired to the point that it can be sent over the the dealer for their portion of the work. Truck needs to be able to sit outside in the elements while the dealer dinks around and does their thing over how ever many days. Probably also needs to be test driven (and therefore road legal) in order to confirm repairs completed.

Nobody is slapping a primer-ed door on a six month old $75K truck, putting trim on, and leaving it that way.

Well somebody better tell the shop that the fender is damaged too they need to change that also before they send it to the dealer for fine-tuning lol used to do auto body when I was a kid shops don’t care enough about your car to put weatherstripping back on we used to have doors open radio on sanding cars blow them out and give them to the customer ??

You're just a man of many skills, with an eye for detail most of us can't imagine, coupled with a wealth of encyclopedia-like knowledge. Somewhat lacking in grammar and punctuation, but like all geniuses...
