Other options besides factory winch?

Does anyone know of any other ways to do the 'hidden' front winch besides the factory one? I'm having trouble getting one ordered from local dealers. Other brands, models, kits, etc?

What kind of trouble are you having? I ordered a Tremor last night and added the winch option. That option requires the 397 alternator and dual batteries, at an additional cost. But there was no problem ordering it. It seems though, that sometimes the trucks come without the winch already installed. There may be a supply glitch between Warn and Ford.

I already have my tremor. I could have ordered it from the factory but didn't care much at the time. I figured ordering after the fact wouldn't be a problem but it is evidently. The local dealers can't get their hands on them until Q1 evidently.

Damn...that's the look I'm going for. Looks like I'll just have to wait for these lame dealerships to get them.
