Ordered 2/10/21

Just placed my order: 2021 F350 Lariat, Tremor, 6.7

My dealer says I should get a VIN on Friday, We'll see... He also said he would expect 8-10 weeks to delivery, We'll see... He had me stick around to make sure the system accepted the order and that it will drop to Ford tonight / tomorrow morning.

I got X-plan and they offered me $4,000 more for 2017 F250 6.7 trade than any other dealer I went to (about 6 of them).

He said he has to have 2021 orders in by 3/1/21 and that based on their dealer call this week the 2022's wont be out until fall or winter - I am aware of the 2021/2022 ordering schedule that has been posted a few times, just passing along what I was told.

I had another dealer swear that there was no way to place a 2021 order and I would have to wait until the 2022 book opens - I suspect he either had no allocations and wouldnt admit to it or he doesnt know how to place a retail order vs a fleet order. It is amazing how many different stories you hear from the various dealers. I even had one salesman try to justify the low ball trade-in on the fact the "it is expensive to replace the spark plugs in them diesels". ?‍

I'll update my dates as I get them. Let the wait begin!

Congratulations now for the dreaded waiting. On a positive note keep looking on the forum and buy the time your truck comes in you'll see all the great mods we have done and then you can have your dealership install them before delivery. Then you'll have to take out a second mortgage to pay for it.

Received my VIN today (after asking for it).

Scheduled To Day (got this from my salesman off their order system) is 3/20/21

Ford tracking says "Order Confirmed"

Alumizilla says "In Production"

If Alumizilla is correct I might be looking at 6-7 week total from order to delivery. Could order times be improving??

What did ford tracker say for delivery estimate?

I just checked that and it say delivered as well. It originally said 16 days for delivery which would have 4/3. It supposedly shipped on 3/16 and arrived on 4/6 so a couple days after the tracker estimated.

Well we are all happy for you! Mine says shipped 4-2 with 19 days for shipping. But the delivery estimate is 5-18??? I'm not sure what's going on.

If it makes you feel better I might not be able to pick it for a couple weeks due to quarantine requirements... ugh.
