Hey all,
Most of you know me here as trmrzla—been on this forum since I got my first Tremor at the end of 2022. Like a lot of you, I’ve spent a lot of time tinkering, upgrading, and figuring out how to make the truck better for how I use it. Over time, I started designing a few parts to solve small frustrations or just clean things up. That eventually turned into a bigger idea, and now… it’s real. I’m excited to introduce Open Trail Creations—a new brand focused on building smart, functional, and clean custom parts for Tremor owners. As an ulterior motive, hopefully this will subdue @Optimus🤖 fascination with beans! 🤪

✅ Three products are ready to go. Final designs are done, tested, and I’ve got inventory ready. I just need to finish getting the online store set up to take orders—should be any day now.

Here’s your first look - You saw the teasers this week, I'll get some better pictures in the coming week as well as I get the store up for orders.

📸 Upfitter NO-CRIMP solution: Designed to extend the positive leads in an 'almost' plug-n-play solution. Simply clips onto the side of your existing upfitter box. All are labeled and capped. We will have options, perhaps even a service where you can send in your upfitter box and we will send it back to you ready to go (thanks @thatdood)! More to come:

1743870626181.webp

1743870686515.webp
1743870710742.webp
1743871040899.webp

📸 Upfitter Companion for Ground: Should you find it easier to ground accessories close to the upfitter relay box, here is a complimentary grounding solution:
1743871404244.webp
1743871430406.webp
1743871454699.webp

Both solutions come with the corresponding connectors. We can provide Solider Seal connectors for each or, crimp connectors and the appropriate heat shrink. Your choice.

📸 Last but not least, NOCO plug cover: I installed the Dual NOCO plug for this truck because I needed one plug for the battery charger and another for if and when I needed to plug in the block heater (not very often here in TX). Since the second plug was just sitting there, I felt like it needed a cover to keep most of the elements out. Not IP rated, but gives me a little confidence that I'm protecting the plug, like on a day like today:

1743872203947.webp
1743872222076.webp

I’ll share full product details and pricing when the site is live, and I’ll be giving this forum first dibs before launch goes public. This is just the start—Open Trail Creations is here for the long haul, and I’ve got more in development already. Appreciate all the support and feedback from this community—it’s played a huge role in getting this off the ground.

More to come very soon and thanks for all the support!

This is awesome, great stuff, can't wait to meet you in Waco.

I love seeing people build things. Seeing their creativity in the attention to detail. This looks awesome @trmrzla.

Take my money on the Noco Cover. One of my good friends needs that. I'll be ordering as soon as your site is live.

@modified get this man a VENDOR BADGE right away!!

I’ll take two noco plugs!

Sooo... No prosthetic nipples then?
I guess I'll just have to pick me up one of them upfitter boxes. What I've got wired in already is connected via weather pack singles too. This'll clean things up nicely.

Sorry to disappoint! :ROFLMAO:

Here's a pic of the prototype in my truck (back when I just used red wire coming out of the box) so you get an idea of the space:

You can see I still have the protective cap on connector #1. @pickleknuckles let me know which connectors (male or female) you need and I can customize it so you don't have to undo what you already have done in the truck.

Did i miss it being mentioned? what are you printing it out of?

Good call out...currently testing PETG for the box. The caps and the NOCO plug covers are all TPU.

So far, no issues.

Congrats and some really cool, well thought out solutions. It is awesome to see so many entrepreneurs launch their businesses on this forum and the success they have achieved.

Will be interesting to see what else you have in store for us as you find and solve other problems we know and didn't know we have. 😁

Thanks @DTX2023Tremor! Working on a couple other items but still in design. You're going to Waco?
