Are any of you still waiting on delivery from the November group buy for BD lights through Neo garage? I haven't received my order yet. I haven't received an update about the order yet. Nor have I received any response from them via email or through PM on the forum. Not too impressed I must say

I received one of two items. Baja Designs is finishing up the S2 builds. Still waiting for those.

I ordered my SDHQ a pillar brackets at the end of nov. i called them and they said maybe mid to end of Jan it will ship. Everything is backed up

I’ve responded to everyone on the forum from what I see.

Most emails are responded too, but I’m still playing catch up since I had a few more installs this week, however I did get a tracking email update today so I’ll be updating orders with tracking info first thing in the morning.

BD was supposed to have these parts at the end of December, but have been backed up. They got slammed over Black Friday.

I’m in the same boat. Haven’t received any shipping notices, etc, and certainly haven’t received the lighting. It’s all good though, I’m still excited to get and install them!

I finally got my order. After posting here. Sending a PM. And sending 2 emails to them I got a reply and lights arrived a few days ago

Dude. You do understand there’s material delays on everything, and that I don’t actually build the products myself, right? I’ll be honest, I’m not a big fan how you go about talking to me, it’s extremely disrespectful, you act like you are better than me and everyone else on here.

Baja Designs doesn’t just make lights for me, they make it for everyone, so we are at the mercy of them. I can’t control it. They had a TON of Black Friday sales on top of our group buy.

I’m sorry you aren’t happy, but it doesn’t sound like everyone else is pissed off either. Go start your own shop, let me know how it goes during COVID and never being able to get anything on time because everyone’s using COVID as an excuse to not do their job in a timely manner which then causes us, the resellers issues.

If you also read the posts, @Whyte Rhyno is still waiting on SDHQ too, why don’t you go tell them to f**k off?

I also DID give you options of exchanging/returning the stuff you found out wouldn’t fit to your liking.

It’s crazy man. Shoot the shop a text with your order number, and what item hasn’t arrived yet. Most people should have at least half their order for those that ordered multiple items.

Anyone for that matter that is still waiting, and I’ll try to get some more info today.

My communication may be limited as I’m away working with a team for the Daytona 24, but I check stuff periodically.
