Does anyone know the forscan mod on how to change the truck from normal to eco, I wanna change mine to where it starts up in ECO instead of normal mode, it keeps it if I stop and get back in within a few hours, but if I don’t drive it for a day or so it goes back into normal

You don't need FORScan, if you shut down the truck in Eco, it comes back up in that mode. After a period of time of the truck not running, on start, a screen will pop up with a choice to continue in Eco or revert to Normal. Normal is checked by default but Eco is Highlighted. All you have to do is hit OK on the left side of the steering wheel and you will stay in Eco.

I don't have an answer to your question, but I do have one of my own: Do you notice any fuel consumption difference in Eco mode?

I've been switching between Normal and Eco at each fill up to see if it makes any difference. So far, the best I can say is the results are inconclusive. I have a heavy foot so I'm sure that has impact.

I have been driving my 2021 7.3 around town in Normal Mode and in Eco Mode... In Eco Mode, i definitely notice a loss in power, however, I have not seen a noticeable increase in gas mileage.

I would rather stay in Normal Mode, gain that extra power back, and get the same gas mileage. Haha.

Exactly! There is no difference in mileage, but putting it in eco castrates the truck in the way it drives.

I feel that the change is mainly to the throttle response, almost like putting it in slippery mode... with the intention to ramp the throttle up with a slower more gradual rate to decrease the possibility of breaking traction with wet pavements.

If you do a lot of stop and go traffic driving you might could see an increase in mpg, if highway miles I would doubt you see much if any. JMO

Yea but not much ... But if you drive slow and correctly in eco you can get another 1 mpg at most because it pulls power but if you drive like a ass in eco you see no difference
