2021 F-250 Lariat Tremor
I figured I’d do some asking. I just got my 2021 Tremor on Saturday and it is less than 300 miles on it. I have noticed a sway when driving on the freeway and when changing lanes. Tire pressure is at max 80psi. It was way worse when they had the front at 62psi. I am wondering if this needs a front stabilizer. I am new to this and have never experienced this with my Titan PRoXD. Any help or thoughts on this would be appreciated.

It’s the Goodyear Duratacs tires. They need 500+ miles to break in. They will get better. I switched to Nitto Ridge Grapplers and no more wandering!!!

Congrats on getting your rig. Some people have said that the stock Duratracs need some miles on them to get broke in and before that they are a little squirrely on the hiway. I run mine at 60 f and 80 r and haven't had any issues.

There's at least one, if not two, posts on it somewhere in here.

Congratulations. Many have noticed an improvement by lowering tire pressures to around 65 rear 55-60 front. Also as others have said break in will improve handling. This truck is very different from you previous truck. Give it time. ?

Welcome to the forum @Madwolf and congrats on the new Tremor! ? The tires will definitely get better with more miles. I had the same thoughts with mine Tremor when it was brand new. I'm still planning on ditching these duratracs once I can settle on some wheels!

Congrats, nice looking rig. I had same issue with mine, when I was driving home from dealership, I was all over the place, was wondering what the hell was going on. I got on the forum and found this was normal. Ive got about 2k miles on her now, all is much better.

The night after I bought mine I had a 300 mile drive home with 40 MPH cross-winds. Was legit a challenge to keep the truck straight, and I'm certain some other drivers thought I might be drunk - it was that bad.

Dropping all four tires down to 60, and a few hundred miles of wear, makes it all go away completely, as others have said. Sounds goofy, but true.

Comgrats man! Repeat # 1000 on the tires🤓👍

I think I may just do 4-5 four wheel drive doughnuts before leaving the dealer. That should help! 😉
