This is a great place to hear comments on what you think of your new Tremor. Tell us what you like and what you don’t and anything else you can mention about your truck.

So i have a 2020 F350 6.7 BlueJean and i don't have anything i hate but things wish it had, but everything is good but i coming from a 2012 F150 5.0.

The Diesel power and mpg is awesome, i think that is the best feature. being about to tow and get great mpg in the same truck is awesome, have the room to load up all the gear between the bed and the back seat. the Led lights are awesome, heated steering wheel is amazing, i like the interior being i am coming from the 2012 but i know the interior is old.

wish it has sync 4 with wireless android auto, wish it doesn't have DEF system but i am fine with it for now, wish i had better cameras resolution and that the cameras working while moving

will think of something else but overall this truck is awesome but i kind of want to get a tremor with the 7.3 ... and have both of them hahaha ... i like big block v8s .... and love the sound

I picked up my Beast on Wed 1/20 and its now Saturday 1/23. I used up the whole tank of gas that I had gotten when I picked her up. It was cheesy that it only had a 1/2 of tank of gas until a brought it up to the salesman and sales manager, and argued for it to be filled, which they did. So I had 475 miles on the truck when filling her up. It did have 25 miles on it after dealer prep and gas tank topped off. My Trip 1 was rest at 25 miles on the odometer.
I filled her up at 450 miles on that tank of gas and it said I can go another 31 miles. I averaged 15.8 MPG. I did do a lot of rush hour riding just because I was riding her all the time. I put 31 gallons of diesel at 2.79$ a gallon for 87$.
Today we went for a joy ride and drove 170 miles. I averaged 18.2 MPG. We drove 80 miles to the eastern tip of the North Shore of Long Island NY to Orients Point. Then headed south to Hampton Bays. It was a very cold blustery day. Wind Chill was 13-19 degrees.
We had our sun roof open most of the day. You don't feel the cold come in at all. Breathing the fresh air and feeling GODS Glory From The Beautiful Sun Shine. I LOVE THE PANORAMIC SUN ROOF. It is such a must for me and my style of life.
We had the massage seating on the whole time. Working my lumbar and ass cheaks going directly into your hamstrings. It also hits just under your shoulder blades. I LOVE THE SEATS SO MUCH ALSO.
I use the adaptive cruise control most of the day. I used it everyday so far. There is a setting for how far away you want to be from the car ahead of you. I have it set to the closest setting and its about 3-4 truck lengths away. There is a coast or cancel button that I hit to wail around someone or just take over for a short bit. Then I hit resume and it gets me back to the speed i t was set at. I hit plus or minus for speed and control the gas that way most of the day. I've been praying a new 45 second prayer on the top of the hour from 7-3. So I read it from a prayer card and look up and down while reading the prayer with the cruise control on. A car swerved into our lane and the Truck slowed down on it's own. Absolutley Love this feature. Again for my style of life.
The power stop brakes have been stopping the truck with a few close calls perfectly. It works so great. Now I only drove Her 10 miles with the stock breaks but I felt the difference for sure. 630$ for front and back rotors and pads plus Labor is a life saver for me.
The tire drift is so much better after now 475 miles. I felt a difference at 350 miles. I had to hold the wheel with 2 hands and make constant adjustments now 1 handing it.
I did not shut my rig off for the first 3 hours of the day. I left it running at idle at gas station and did not shut her off for photo shoots. I did not want to mess with regen. Now I have to learn eventually to shut her off or not. We had this nasty odor for the first 2 days in the cab that made you feel sick until you opened the sunroof. That went away. At 450 miles we had the sunroof closed and i smelt a very faint diesel smell or oily smell. It lasted about 15 miles and I'm assuming that was the regen. I noticed someone on here was logging down his regens. If I'm not mistaken it was every 450-475 miles. I think that is what happened to mine. I will have to get forescan and get the regen cycle stats on my truck soon as well.
The more i drive my truck the more i love it. I drove Proudly past so many Dodge Trucks and hit the gas to show the diesel power. I felt like a true TREMOR owner.
The lag on the gas pedal is starting to annoy me. it's now 4 out of 10 times you get that 2 seconds of putting then it kicks in. I have the banks pedal monster and will have to try to figure it out and install it. It looks a bit more than just plug her in and open an app on your phone. So I will try to get it installed.
One last thing that is happening on my engine. There is a ratteling sound when I'm driving. Faint but it is there. When we were at the gas station idling it was not there. I even had the wife put it in neutral and hit the gas and did not hear it
but while driving sure enough it was there. I just cranked up the tunes so not to get to annoyed. I will try to film it for sound. I actually did as we were driving but I need to see and hear the video. But I'm shot. I need to relax and make a drink and chill out with the wifey. Long ass day but great day for sure.
i made the first foot prints in the inside of the cab. Sadly it was not my wifes feet on the glass but my shoe prints on my nice seats to get some photos standing up and out the sunroof. I should have taken my shoes off. Wifey was shivering out side taken pics.
So all in all at 475 miles on her I LOVE MY FREAKIN SEXY BEAST SO MUCH MORE THAN EXPECTED. ? ? ? ??????????????????✌️✌️✌️

This is the sound. It’s hard to hear. You need a cell phone to watch the video. Won’t work with my

laptop

So after 11am mass today, wifey and I were heading home but we smelt a bit of an exhaust smell inside the cab. So thinking it was Regen we went to the beaches to dive 25 miles to make sure the process was complete.
It’s another cold day on the Island but sunny and Ocean Pkwy was having a ton of Law Enforcement out lurking to give out tickets. I was in a 55 zone that turns into a 35 pretty quickly. Sure enough State Trooper was on my ass. But I always put that adaptive cruise control on and had it at exactly 35. I had him follow me a good 5 miles. Even when it went back to 55mph. Cars jumped into my lane and the cruise adjusted the speed and stayed at the distance I set it up for. Freakin love this feature. Some have said no way do I want it or no way will use it. So Different Strokes for Different Folks. Anyone on the fence about it costing 1,000$ it’s so worth it. IMHO. ??????

i believe adaptive cruise is $700 but i wish i had it

I’ve always hated it but added it for long trips and resale because other people seem to love it.
Plus it’s awesome when you get Law Enforcement riding up your ass. I have Police Officers in my family and have their personal badges, but I hate getting pulled over.
Yesterday I had a Hamptons police car riding 2 cars in front of me. He pulled off to the side of the road to let the car in front of me pass him and cut the car in back of me to get behind me. So that’s 2 days in a row. I had my LP6 on dim with the lights of my truck on with my roof lights. (Because it just looks BITCHIN). So I think that’s why he followed me and probably ran my tags and saw I’m a stand up dude with no DWIs or traffic offenses (especially since my uncles and cousins are cops).
So this truck can be a head turner and catch the attention of law enforcement. My Jaguar with its loud ass exhaust gets less attention with cops. Go figure. ?‍♂️

Hi all. Just picked it up this past Saturday, '21 F350 6.7 Platinum Black. Traded in a '17 Tundra DC Limited Desert Tan. Loved the Tundra, but didn't have some of functionality the F350 had (see likes list). List is not all inclusive, just the main stand outs.
Likes:
-6.7L/Tow Capacity/Payload (3312)
-Love the tremor package obviously.
-Little more room in the cab (6'4")
-Rear seat folded up has a flat platform for the dogs + lockable storage under seat.
-Towing Camera System
-Vented seats
-No Moonroof
Dislikes:
-Would have preferred a different color (liked the stone grey), but the black still looks good. Might do a matte color down the road.
-Platinum badge on tailgate
-Throttle lag (already looking at getting a pedal monster)
-Ford's Sync System is a little slow
-There is a lot of add-ons that are cool, but I'll never use (heated rear, massaging seats, etc., Sync Functionality)

Add-ons (beyond the platinum stuff):
-Spray-in Bed Liner
-5th wheel setup
-Marker Lights
-Upfitters

What I plan on doing to it:
-driver/passenger tint, tint bar on windshield
-Billet Fuel Drain Valve
-Husky X-act contour mats
-CamoandCovers Seat Covers (perforated center, Cordura trim) w/ driver side pistol pocket. I may do the molle on the back, but haven't decided between their soft molle system or BuiltRights hard molle system (cost roughly the same for both seats) I looked at other seat covers but they are too loose. I had Bartact on my JK and loved them, but they don't make covers for ford.
-BuiltRight rear seat levers, may do their rack system
-Pedal Monster
-Warn winch
-Front bumper, winch compatible. leaning to a lighter weight prerunner guard (like the fabfour's matrix), but like a couple full guards)
- light bar on guard
-tonneau cover (have a few I'm checking out; Diamondback, Renegade, Nuthouse, and Bakflip for lighter option)
-Weigh Safe 3' 8' drop hitch aluminum
- A bunch more items I'm tossing around

I call it my tow mode. If you happen to be on a long stretch of highway with little traffic and you come up on someone doing a speed you like, you simply stay behind and set your speed a little faster than the car ahead of you and the adaptive cruse control acts like a tow rope without any jerking. Relax and let the tow car set the pace.

In my years of riding motorcycles, I have found if this happens (and you have the time) pull into the closest parking lot and let them drive on.

It has been one year since I placed my order for a Velocity Blue Ultimate Lariat. 6.7 Sport
It has all the fixings ( winch was not available at the time), I skipped the power running boards and the cab clearance lights.

I received my Beast around the first of April 2020, Mid Covid.

I set up forscan immediately got rid of the honking, seat belt chimes, bambi mode, new ford performance screen, policy idle.........

Had it undercoated, window tinted and full professional ceramic coated minus the wheels.

Gave it a 1,500 mile easy breaking in process. Oil change was done, I picked up a new Curt 24K 5th wheel ( puck style) and dropped it in. Took an hour to put it together and 5 mins to set in the truck. I made several height adjustments then hooked up my 14,000 5er and went up north. It was much better than my Dmax and a pleasure to drive.

Drove it around a bunch, hauled enclosed car trailers, pontoon boats, motorcycle trailers, skid loader trailers all with ease.

took it out to Colorado with an enclosed motorcycle trailer about 7,500 lbs. Chased my buddy out with his 7.3 gasser and his trailer with only 1 bike 3,500 lbs. Had to constantly pull over to watch him refuel the thirsty gasser, then going up elevation in the Rocky mountains had to listen to him whine and complain that I needed to slow down going up the Mountain as his gasser could not keep up with my diesel and it kept downshifting, his mileage was already crap and did not want it any worse, so I had to slow up for him.

I never did notice a regen, I don't short trip it and I don't let it idle. I buy fuel from the same place that I trust.

It had two issues:
Check engine light something about the air cleaner but it self cleared then came back on so I took it to the dealership, sat in the waiting room for an hour watching Judge Judy then was on my way.
Second Issue is the bed camera, It worked upon delivery than stopped. It has been on order since ?????? August maybe. I contacted the service writer and its in the system he says any day now and parts are hard to come by. I don't really care as long as it gets fixed soon.

The More I drive it the more I like it.

UPGRADES: 18 x9 Fuel Beast Wheels Nitto RG 35 x 12.50 the November deal of the month bed racks,

UPGRADES coming:
ARB twin compressor and air tank ( plumb quick release points and hard wire to an up-fitter)
Dual Fox steering stabilizers PMF kit
Hellwig rear stay bar kit.
I am not planning on any lift kits but will probably replace all the shocks with FOX performance and upgrade the brake rotors and pads.

Other Favorite feature is the safe in the center console. It holds lots of things you can put in your hand that go bang.

Sweet ride! You will only need one BuiltRight rear seat lever for the drivers side, the passenger side has a release, I learned the hard way when I bought two of them. I have the rack system, I love it, looks so clean.

That is good to know! I was about to order two of them. You saved me $30. :)

I enjoy reading the comparison to the 7.3

Only dislike so far is the shitty throttle response but my pedal monster is in the way.

I’ve always hated it but added it for long trips and resale because other people seem to love it.
It was horrible on my wife's last car. On her VW it's pretty decent. On this truck I think it's really well done. I'm not a huge cruise control guy but I see myself using this often on the freeway.

I like cruise control but I usually drive faster than everyone else too. It annoys me if it slows down but I know that’s adjustable. Looking forward to the new truck and long trips with it.

yeah i used it for a while on the freeway the other day for probably like 50 miles and it was flawless. you can set the following distance and if some slow poke gets in your lane in front of you it will hit the brakes, but if you move over to another lane it immediately and rapidly comes back up to the set speed. I'm really impressed by it.
