Yes. Their tracking sucks! They never update it. And I'm gonna try to get the rail car number. Last time I asked about if they have a better estimated time of delivery he in a roundabout way said no

And the other tracking methods aren't working for some reason. I guess I didn't hold my mouth right when I typed it in

Ask them to give you the status from Vehicle Visibility. If it has not been built yet, have them look at the "Order Change History" and find out what the last few entries were.

Have they given you any update yet? VIN, build date, etc??
