Combining the on-road handling of an all-terrain with the off-road performance of a mud terrain, the Mickey Thompson Baja Boss A/T Radial Tire is just as versatile as your Jeep. With a smooth, quiet ride and aggressive look, the Baja Boss A/T gives you the best of both worlds. The Baja Boss A/T carries a 3 Peak Mountain Snowflake (3PMS), so in addition to being all-terrain, it is also all-weather. The combination of Mickey Thompson’s PowerPly XD construction and an all-new silica-reinforced tire compound make the Baja Boss A/T a long-lasting tire.

All Season Performance: The Mickey Thompson Baja Boss A/T Radial Tire features 3 Peak Mountain Snowflake (3PMS) rating for Severe Snow Service (12.50 and narrower widths only). Not only does the Baja Boss A/T perform in every terrain, but it can also handle any weather condition.

Hybrid All-Terrain: By combining elements from both their all-terrain and mud terrain tires, Mickey Thompson created a truly versatile tire with the Baja Boss A/T. With an enhanced contact patch, large shoulder scallops, Extreme Sidebiters, sound-deadening ribs, and stone ejectors between the lugs, this tire is equally at home on the highway and trail.

Heavy-Duty Construction:
Mickey Thompson uses their proprietary PowerPly XD technology to reinforce the Baja Boss A/T with 50% heavier denier cords on the biased-angle of the third ply. Combined with an all-new silica-reinforced tire compound, these long-lasting tires carry a 50,000-mile treadlife warranty. Built-in rim flange protectors help to avoid curb rash.

The specs look great for stock tire replacements.

Kinda low on tread depth.

I like many aspects of the tire, but gonna have to pass.
Low Load Rating for the size I would use (35x12.5x18), low Tread Depth. Expensive.

Sticking with Falken. Although I am very intrigued by the tread pattern, the sidewall biters and sidewall construction.

I see 18.5/32 on the M/T website

Possibly $341 delivered on the 305/70/18s

I'm going to take a closer look at these vs the Falkens. IF the tread depth is 18/32 and the tire can be had for less$ than the Falken I am going to strongly consider. However, 65 psi max vs 80 for towing is a big deal. Thats extra rolling resistance, heat and lower load capacity. But for non towing, it's going to be the same. Falken is 55k warranty vs 50k for MT.

Definitely a good comparison.

Anyone running these?

This is my next Tire....buying 5!
