New Feature when posting in Classifieds

I've added a simple feature that should make viewing the classifieds section on the forum a bit easier. Now when posting a message in this section you can select a prefix that will highlight whether the post is "For Sale, Wanted, Trade, etc". If you sell an item, you can also go back in and mark the thread sold.
