Morning all,

I took my truck into the dealer yesterday because I was having some issues and I wanted to see if you all are having the same problems.

Every so often my navigation on the truck shows me off in a completely different location. Yesterday I was about 40 miles away from where it said I was. But what else is strange if my phone is not plugged into he truck the GPS on the phone is accurate, once I plug it in then it shows what the truck shows. Anyone have that issue?

Now as far as the radio goes. Sometimes the screen goes black and there is zero control over sound. Then other times it'll go black and all the sound goes also. I have had to reset the radio and it'll come back on and it'll work for a few days, weeks or months and then it happens again.

Now it was at the dealer all day yesterday for an oil change, navi and radio issues and to see if they can recalibrate the speedo for the new tire size. When I went to pick it up I was told that the computer is locked because of something I have done. He said I noticed the cobra splash screen and that's not a factory splash screen so you must have gotten in the computer and locked it. Is this true? Just seems like they are trying to get out of servicing it.

my 2017 SD had nav issues. It would randomly show me about 100 yards off to the right of my actual location. It was really annoying when trying to navigate since it would constantly tell me to turn left to get back on the road that I was already driving on. A software download and update seemed to have fixed the issue in that truck. I don't know if it actually was the fix or if it finally found itself since the it only happened intermittently.
