My Current View

my 256 lasted only a day, so 526 cards incoming
I hear ya. The one I bought is expensive but it's the one highly recommend by Wolfbox users due to its "6-proof" durability. It is temperature-proof (operating safely from -13°F to 185°F), waterproof, shock/drop-proof, magnet-proof, X-ray-proof, and wearout-proof.

With read speeds up to 100 MB/s and write speeds up to 40 MB/s (V30 / U3 speed class), it handles the heavy data load of constant 4K recording seamlessly without dropping frames. Plus, the warranty is awesome. It comes backed by a 5-year limited warranty, which is exceptionally long for an SD card subjected to continuous write cycles.

I compared this card to five others and it was the clear winner.

Whale season, Barrow Ak got three today, I missed the drag up from shore with the cat.

I just purchased this card reader:

If you ever have trouble getting a stable Wi-Fi connection between the Wolfbox and your phone, just pull the SD card and plug it into this USB-C reader. It connects directly to your phone, letting you skip the download wait times and transfer all your trail photos and videos in minutes. It's the easiest way to secure your footage right after a day on the trails so you never have to worry about your favorite clips getting overwritten.

Quick trip up one of our favorite highways to see some fall colors for the wife's birthday this week. The trees need another week or two.

Booby trap!

I was leaving the Strip tonight, and an SUV full of ladies was one lane over. As we turned onto a street, they sped up, and the one sitting in the passenger seat flashed me. These things were huge! Made my night 😀.

Found a place for it.

Once I go thru it all it should be a capable little unit.

The Atlas 16"x50" lathe in Green is over twice its weight and size
