So just got my first pick-up...
It's very nice if a bit noisy and a bit high for a middle-aged, overweight guy like me... Mid-life crisis "toy", I guess.
This one happened to be in transit to a dealership 150 miles away when I saw it on the Ford online Inventory and bit the bullet.
My wife would only let me get a pickup if it was blue!!
Looking forward to pulling my trailer and going on desert backcountry trails less travelled.
And it is an amazing blue!

Nice! Great first pickup!!! Mine was a 1988 Ford Ranger that had pretty much nothing in common to your Tremor except that it was blue. Oh, and welcome to the forum...

Welcome to the Forum. My very first truck was blue as well. 62 Chevy C10 it was light blue with a white center stripe. baby blue even. Had a hi po 289. Loved that thing, wish I still had it. Your new truck looks fantastic, any mods on your list?

I was thinking a light bar for when I inevitably don't get home before dark in the middle of Grand Staircase Escalante...! Any ideas on what I should consider as necessities?

Not being a car person I've just googled what a 62 Chevy C10 looked like...and it looks like a classic American beauty to my mind.

It definitely was. I'm glad you have enjoyed the sites here in Utah. Mods are very personal so it's hard to say what fits into your world. However, hang out here a bit. You will surely find a few what sway you and your pocket book. :)

I highly recommend the retractable running boards. I think they are about 14 inches off the ground. I have a bad back and bad rt hip from injuries in Iraq and I have zero difficulty stepping up into mine. I'm 6' but only have a 33 inch inseam.

And I love the blue.
