Bout time to replace the Duratracs and am looking for a true mud terrain tire that would also be good for towing. I’m really liking the Gladiator x-comp MT. Anyone else running them here?

Toyo mud terrain tires are still load range E tires so that might be a good option for you. I quit putting MT's on my truck a few years back with the development of the Trail tires or my favorite the Ridge Grappler. I like the 45 to 50K you get out of them vs the 15 to 30 on a MT. Least that is my experience

I went with the Toyo OC ATIII's and can honestly say they are smooth, quite and tow really well. I used to be a BFG KO2 fan all the way and I still like them on 1/2 tons and such but for the 3/4 tons and up I've found the Nitto's, Toyo's and to some extent Goodyear's to be a little better. I don't have much experience with mud terrain as I am not a fan of the noise and low totals miles one gets.
