We’re preparing our Christmas Eve dinner- cray fish with mor nay sauce, prawns with our own special sauce followed by peaches in brandy sauce. Yummy. Tomorrow it’ll be roast pork, roast chook and salad for Christmas lunch and dinner, followed by pavlova and Christmas pudding with custard. I’m definitely going to be fatter after all this!

To everyone on the other side of the ditch, have a great Christmas if you can. My thoughts for those who are or who have suffered due to the China virus. Thanks for the information I’ve learned these last few months. Catch you after Christmas.

Tomorrow I'm just doing 3 racks of St. Louis ribs on the lonestar grillz offset. I made a memphis style rub and some potato salad. My wife's aunt, uncle, and kid are coming over for an outdoor Christmas BBQ...gotta love that SoCal weather, though I do miss snow....

Christmas day I have a 4 bone usda Prime standing rib roast. I'm going to do that on the smoker too.

That sounds great, also. No snow here, just a high of 19° F tomorrow. I won't be using my smoker. We are having Beef Wellington at my parent's. We are pumped. Merry Christmas.

I use this rub on chicken, beef ribs, brisket, pork butts, etc. It’s my fav!! I have found it at either Sam’s or Costco before... don’t remember which one...

My wife tested positive for covid 3 days ago, so for the first time I can remember we are not spending Christmas as a Family. While that really sucks, I don't think I've ever had a Christmas that I feel more blessed to be able to say she is doing well and feeling better every day. She has no fever and very little congestion at this point and is recovering well. I thank GOD she is okay, and that my daughters and I tested negative. ???
