Loose seal between cab and bed

I noticed the rubber mat/ seal is coming off/ open, it is located on the back of the cab, between the bed and cab. You can see exposed vents into the frame of cab. Bodywork people tell me I might need to have the bed removed to fix. Well that sucks. Anyone else have this issue, you might need a light to look between the cab and bed by the back window

Looks better now as I have tried to puch it back, debris stuck in adhesive, I kind of think wind did this but I have not been in a storm over 60 mph since bought
