Lights under rear bumper

Anybody have any pics of some lights installed under the rear bumper to use hooking up a trailer at nite, etc?

This is a Mod that I will most likely do as well. I like how @Wolfs4evr has them mounted. I was searching for some slimmer profile LED's. I dont know if anyone has seen these or posted about them, although they are not slimmer, but I like the fact they are "blacked" out ala Black Package.
