So I was sitting here doing the requisite research, after the fact. I bought the ready lift leveling kit 46-2728. 2.5” lift. This one comes with springs and not spacers. Then I started thinking that the Tremor sits higher already than a stock super duty. There’s no Tremor sub-model/trim level option when ordering.

This begs the question, am I literally just trading stock Tremor springs for imposters? Will I wind up at nearly the same height I’m at now, after the install?

That’s a good question, I’ve heard that the Carli 2.5” lift kit only lifts the Tremor 1.5”. Now that’s on the diesel model. I spoke to CJC off-road about the Gas specific kits for the 7.3L and the Carli kit is listed as a 3” kit but only lifts the Tremor 2”.
So, it really just depends on the kit I guess. You’ll get some lift and some more up-travel, but not a lot unless you go with more like a 4”-5” set of springs maybe. ??‍♂️

That what I was afraid of hearing. Thank you.

I thought I saw somewhere it said the Tremor shocks actually only lift .5" and the other 1.5" is from the bigger tires? If that's true then your 2.5" lift should still give you a decent inch or two lift. ?‍♂️

I have a 2020 F350 Platinum Tremor Diesel that I wanted to level but wanted to keep as much original equipment as possible. The guys at Southern Off-Road Specialists recommended installing a 1.5" lower Super Duty spacer and not replacing any original items. I had them installed and couldn't be happier with the results. Truck has 1/2" rake and did not affect the ride. The best part was that it only cost $575. I have also had the truck off road and everything works fine. @Swearfinger

Shocks don’t actually lift the trucks ride, they only dampen the suspension.
Coils actually do the lift of the height, and then you’ll need longer shocks to work with the new height.

Personally, I don’t think these trucks need a level to look good. The rake is minimal.

I agree especially after adding my topper...appears level to me. Awesome timeless iconic silver you have. Well almost ?

I reached out to Carli looking for options as I would like to improve the suspension but do not want to lift the truck. The tremor roughly sits about 2" taller than a standard super duty so on a 2.5" system you will gain about half an inch of lift. They posted some information on their website about a tremor vs standard super duty that is helpful when looking at lifts.

Interested in the same. With a roof height of 83", it's right on the edge of not being able to go into some places, but definitely would like to improve the ride without much increase in overall height. After watching a number of the CJC videos, I don't know if you can get the improved ride without the height increase. Seems like the benefits of longer travel and larger tires work together to improve the ride. I'm not an expert in this space, so could be wrong.

Here’s one of the most simple ‘kits’ I’ve seen for a little bit of lift/level. PMF offers several sizes of spacers. I screenshot these pics of FB on Nov 2:

Yep that was my truck they brought in to take measurements on - see the date on my Radio ;) , and it worked out in both of our favors if you know what I mean ;) Carli is 10 mins from my house. In other news, Carli kit coming soon ;)

Did you do the spacers or the springs to level it?
