I want to mount a couple floods on the rear. I want them for all around and for traveling across the desert at night if need be so I can see the rear tires of the trailer on the trails. I am looking for USA, and mounts. Any thoughts?

Quick search on Google points to Rigid Industries and KC Hilites for quality and "made in USA" although I'd be skeptical on the made in USA part as I doubt all the components are mfg. or even assembled here. I'd browse their sites for add'l info.
