Nothing for the 7.3 yet. We know that Transfer Flow is working on one, but it's a ways out at this point: https://www.fordtremor.com/threads/update-transfer-flow-replacement-tank-for-gas-super-dutys.4365/Hi all, does anyone know if a larger capacity fuel tank option is available for the 2022 7.3 SRW crew cab with 6.75 foot bed? I had to fill up every 200 miles towing my RV last week, thanks.

Other option is an in-bed transfer tank, but obviously that's not as convenient as a replacement tank as you still need to stop to make the fuel useful.
Wait you already got a 2022? ???Hi all, does anyone know if a larger capacity fuel tank option is available for the 2022 7.3 SRW crew cab with 6.75 foot bed? I had to fill up every 200 miles towing my RV last week, thanks.

Absolutely! I know I will never make up the $8K engine price difference in gas savings alone, but the hassle of stopping every 200 miles to fill up when towing would get old real fast! Plus, the 1050 lb/ft of torque and engine braking is wonderful when towing. The range is the number one reason I went with the diesel.

That’s true, but you can get a 36 gallon tank in a F-150 for heavens sake! Not to mention the larger gas tank that’s available on the long bed.I did some research and it seems the reason why large tanks for gas aren't available is due to the larger evaporative emissions canister required in addition to a CARB approval or something like that.
Also learned that Transferflow put too much effort into making a larger gas tank for the F150 and then claimed poor sales, hence their hesitance to develop another gas tank on a different platform, although the Super Duty is a way better candidate than the F150.. I guess they missed the memo there.
One of the main reasons I switched my order from a 7.3 to a 6.7 this week. Couldn't risk a aftermarket tank not becoming available.
They have diesel replacment tank onlyCall S&B fuel tanks?
