Well my F350 6.7L Platinum Tremor started in production on Friday 11/20. So i wanted to order the top of the line suspension for it. I wanted to get a Carli Suspension since I watched all of CJC Off road videos on UTube for the Tremor. I wanted to wait for a Black Friday deal since the package is 8,400$ just parts.
I called a place called The Truck Shop in Sayville Long Island NY 20 mins from me. Eyed up this shop for a while. Small shop with good reviews and seen some cool rides in front of it. When i explained what I wanted to do by picking up my own parts and have him install them, he said theres a back log on Carli Kits and you probably wont get a black Friday deal.
So I called Carli and they said I need to call one of their dealers. So I called CJC which they recommended. 8,415$ no tax free shipping and asked for 100$ deposit. I said i was a fan and he said hes throwing in some free tee shirts. I did mention The Tremor Forum and said our Member Bbrett is having his done up in March from them. I said he won TOTM and has the sweetest looking white Tremor I told him that they should do a video on them modding out Bbretts truck. I hope they do.
So if you were interested in getting this Carli Pintop 3.5 kit just know theres a 12-15 week back log. Im so freekin excited to throw a ton of mods into my future beast.
Next Im going to order tires and wheels. What do you think of ordering wheels with tires on line. I looked into Mr Wheel Deal back in the day and they keep sending me emails on deals. They have Black Friday Deals and you can order the tire to be mounted on the rim with senors and they program them. Does this sound right. Would you have it done this way or what. Thanks.
