After hanging around checking things out for about 6 months I decided to join in on the fun!
I’ve been at two other Ford Truck sites for quite a few years, but each time I checked for something “Tremor”, I kept seeing links to this sight pop up so I looked around the site and liked what I saw. Thanks!!

The Tremor just hit the 5K mark and had the first service done per Ford’s MaintenanceCare Plan. Everything checked out ok and the work was done per the manual’s recommendations. No warranty issues were present. Good to go for another 5K miles!

It’s an F-350 Lariat, Velocity Blue, PowerStroke, 355 Ratio, Lariat Ultimate & Sport Pkg‘s, Block Heater, Heated Steering Wheel and Rear Bench, Rain Sensing Wipers, Windshield De-Icer, 397 Amp Alt, Adaptive Steering, Upfitter Switches, 5th Wheel Prep, Console Vault, Clearance Lights, Power-Running Boards, Garage Door Opener, UTT Camera Pro Trlr Assist, Trlr TPMS & Camera, and the All-Weather Floor Mats.
I passed on the Moon Roof. over the years I’ve had too many of those as STD Equipment (not just Ford) that leaked, vibrated, whistled and let in way too much wind noise! Plus, for an off-road Vehicle, I can just imagine how loose it will get after some time on the trails bouncing and bumping all around. Not for me!

As a nice touch by the Dealer, we both entered all the info into the Order Bank together and then he let me hit the final “Enter” key that would eventually give birth to my Tremor! ?

He also called me the day before it arrived at the dealership to give me a heads-up so I could be there when it was dropped off.
I took some pics of it including the “Retail Order” sticker that was on it. Thankfully, it made it there without any damage and with everything that it was suppose to have in it.

I also belong to a few Boating, Fishing and RV sites. We’re both lifelong boaters (currently own two), Fisherman (and fisherwoman!) and RV’ers. We plan on selling our current motorhome and getting a new 5th wheel trailer for much longer trips together.

i look forward to gaining much information, recommendations and some entertaining ”war stories“ about you all here!?

Wow! That's quite a write-up. It's great to see some real enthusiasm in a fellow Tremor owner. Congratulations on joining the forum and the Tremor family. Please continue to share stories, thoughts, ideas and experiences. As you probably have already discovered there's a wealth of knowledge and a lot of great people here that enjoy their trucks as much as you do. Welcome aboard! ?

PS: You have a lot of hobbies like many of us. If you happen to be a dog lover as well, please share pics of your pooches. ;)

Welcome to the site! Great options on your truck!

Thanks everyone!!?

Yes, I will send pics of the Tremor and my upgrades to personalize it and make it “my own”! real soon! ?
IDK how I forgot, ? but the Tremor has the factory winch option as well.

We are very proud animal lovers! We have two Rescue’s, a 7 y/o female Boxer and a beautiful 6 y/o female Husky.
Our Husky has Epilepsy and experiences the occasional “tremors” and sadly, the very scary Seizures. She is on lifetime meds and has to have medical and blood tests twice a year to make sure that her levels are all within check. She has her own Wonderful specialist at UC Davis that handles her case. She loves camping with us and walking around the campgrounds.
I‘ll be posting pics of both when I start a thread in the proper Mutts forum (thanks Redzilla for the link!). ?

Welcome to the forum @911Tremor ? We have many RV’ers on the forum including me!

Have you done much research on 5th wheels? Any brands/models that you are leaning towards?

I passed a Velocity Blue Tremor while driving through the delta to Lodi the other day. Maybe you! Welcome.

Thanks!

Wasn’t me that time. But I have driven 12, 5 and 99 many times!
We had a great dinner at a Mexican food place in old downtown Lodi two years ago with some friends and i have purchased a bunch of stuff from the Bait and Tackle shop in town. nice place!

First thing this morning we were North on 5 to 50 and up the hill to Tahoe for the long weekend. The Winnebago and the Tremor right behind it. Traffic wasn’t that bad. It sure beats the valley heat!?

thanks for the tip!?
I’ll check it out!

i want to keep the new fiver around 28-32 with an exterior kitchen and the open entertaining area in the rear with Recliners, fireplace and big screen. No bunkhouse necessary. Upper level bedroom with king bed. I haven’t locked down any particular brand yet, but I’d consider Jayco, Winnebago, etc..
I have about 30 episodes on the DVR of the Going RV 30 minute show that covers various RV’s. Each episode typically shows 3-4 RV’s that the ‘buyers’ climb all over and consider which one they will buy. That part is corny and staged. But I like to see the various MFG’s and their features and floor plans. They also give base prices, but some of the episodes are dated.

I’ll get involved in the camping thread for some valuable actual feedback.
Thanks!

105-110 on Monday in the valleys. Enjoy the mountains!
Yikes!!?
Its the Valley’s “Fry an Egg Free on a Rock Day” celebration!
