I installed my Carli Commuter a few weeks ago and didn’t care for my front axle not being in center of the wheel well anymore. Would of required trimming for my 37s.
You could actually notice a slight bend in the Carli coil because of this, radius arms should be flat.

Installed the One Up Off-road radius arm drop today, it’s the least amount of drop you can possibly get. Moves the axle 1/2 inch forward. Now the truck rides Great! Gained 2 more degrees of castor for a total of 6 degrees with the factory caster bushings. Clearing 37 inch Toyo AT3s with no trimming needed.
I flexed the truck out with my floor jack and went lock to lock no problem.
I actually think I can run the rokbloks step back mudflaps. I’ll order a set and report back!

THAT LOOKS GREAT!!!! Keep us posted!

Besides the Commuter Package - did you add any of the Carli upgrades with that?

So - this picture is PRIOR to Radius Arm - You went with "One Up" and not Carli? Due to wait time?
Carli drop is for 4 inch kits or bigger, drops the arms too much. This kit drops the arms maybe 3 inches. Photos are post drop, the zoomed in photo of the wheel clearance is as close as it gets with the axle jacked up and wheel cut.

Your truck looks SO much better now with that axle centered. But I'm more confused about Carli than ever. Do you have these radius arms? But using a One Up drop bracket? Can you link to the bracket you're using?

You can definitely add the radius arms and probably have enough adjustments to move the axle forward, I don’t know for sure.
Reason I didn’t is they are 1400 dollars and I didn’t know if they would fix the geometry issue. I also heard they rust out fast from road salt. Which doesn’t fly for me in Maine.
If Radius arms are not flat the coil spring doesn’t move perfectly straight up and down, your coil will bind slightly and that bump will actually transfer the impact to the radius arm directly to your frame. For the best ride you want them flat. This is just an Union LINEWORKERs point of view, not an engineer or “pro” mechanic.

So you’re using the One Up brackets with the stock radius arms?

Looks great! Very interesting indeed… What’s the backspacing on those rims out of curiosity? Did you install the 2 degree castor shims that came with the kit? Sounds like you are running the stock shims - if so, what led you to that decision? I do notice a slight bind in my Carli coils as well and this looks like the best way to bring those radius arms back into proper alignment. I’m running 37s as well and can still manage a slight rub in reverse at full lock driver when I hit a small bump. Thanks for sharing!

-1 offset on my wheels, stock shims I have 6 degrees of caster now
