How to stop truck for “auto decreasing volume” on my iphone

Anyone have any ideas/suggestion on how to prevent your truck for automatically decreasing the ringer volume on your iPhone every single time you get in the truck? Or is the a setting on the iPhone? I have no clue. It’s infuriating that I have to adjust the volume on my phone multiple times a day. It has caused me to miss texts and phone calls.

i had no idea this was a issue ..... my phone is always on vibrate.... idk even what my ringer is set to
