How to Disable Brake/Reverse Lights ?

Does anyone know how to disable the brake lights and reverse lights? Before anyone makes assumptions the reason for this request, is because I live in Texas and Hog Eradication is necessary to keep your property from being destroyed. I've been able to get the truck mostly blacked out with police mode, but I still can't disable the brake lights. I've found one fuse that I can pull to achieve this, but the problem is that the brakes are tied to the same fuse and I lose brakes when disabled lights. Also, when the heck did brakes start requiring a fuse???

Remove the bulbs maybe ? ?

I know our fleet shop installs a switch to kill the brake lights on the Police cars where I work.

OK, found out where our fleet guys get the Blackout module. Not sure they sell to the public or not.
I know the video is showing a Chevy, but they do sell them for Super duty also.
