How do I turn off easy entry/exit completely??

How do I turn this feature off? I already unchecked the easy entry/exit setting in the instrument cluster. That seems to turn off easy exit but NOT easy entry. As soon as I open my door to get into my truck the seat moves rearward automatically, which tells me somehow part of the easy entry/exit feature is still turned on. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

If you have easy/entrance checked off, it should not be doing this. Mine does not. Did you change anything with Forscan?

If your easy entry/exit is shut off, try checking to see if the fob you are using is programmed to a seat memory setting and if it is the one you use. I don't like the easy entry/exit setting and have it shut off on my truck. I have also programmed my fob to position 1. That way if my wife or daughter drive my truck and don't hit the button to move the seat back when they're done, as soon as I unlock and open the door with my fob, it goes where I want it.

How do you program a fob to a seat setting?

On my truck, when I first programmed position 1 it popped up and asked me if I wanted to sync it to a key fob, I chose yes and followed the prompts. Now whenever I make an adjustment and resave position 1, it goes to that when I use my fob to unlock the truck.

Well all I had to do was program my fob to one of my seat positions already saved and that fixed it! Thank you!

I know how you feel. We did a two week trip to the coast and wife followed in her Explorer ST to use for day trips while I pulled the TT. I did most of the driving, shut off the stupid easy entry/exit and programmed a seat setting for me, but since her fob was programmed to her settings, every time I got in it tried to shove me into the f'ing steering wheel.
