Someone with a Carli track bar please post a pic of your front end ASAP. I’m pretty sure it was installed incorrectly!!! Thanks!

Post a picture of yours if you’re able as well. That way if folks aren’t in a good spot to take a picture of their setup, they can comment on yours and what’s wrong/right about it.

Not sure what angle you are looking for, but here are a couple I took when mine was first installed. Please post the area you think is wrong, so we can compare it to ours.

Tha ks for the quick responses boys! 2021 F250 7.3L. Had the commuter kit installed with sway bar endlinks, track bar, Carli shocks, front and rear, and 4in blocks in the rear.
axle was sticking out the passenger side about 3in more than driver. Told them to fix it. They had set the sway bar up using Carli measurement directions, but it did not come close to centering the axle. They then adjusted the bar to its minimum adjustment and although it’s much more center, I’m concerned. I wonder if the tremor stock upper sway bar mounting position is different than a regular superduty? Seems the Carli bar is too long for the the 2.5/35 kit…which only in reality is a 1.5” kit on a tremor. Please see pics - interested in your thoughts.

Ok - great! I wish I had taken a pic with the axle out of whack, but the driver tire was nearly tucked under and the passenger tire was out about 3 to 3.5 inches. Guess the track bar adjustment (obviously) that I held firm on with the manager to fix was the answer. They were certainly gonna let me drive away like that if I didn’t say something. They also did me a favor and put 65lbs in each of my 50psi max tires….

After further review - looks like they used the 4.5” lower misalignment spacer on top instead of the upper misalignment spacer that should be used for both the 2.5/3.5 and 4.5 kits….
I knew it didn’t look right! Somebody confirm this for me please

Exactly. It looks like the wrong Trac Bar Shim may have been used. You should have your unused parts. You can easily see for yourself which Shim is remaining. As for Centering the Axle, that's 100% Trac bar adjustment.

This is my worst nightmare. And the main reason I've hesitated to make any mods I'm not able to DIY. Thankful to have access to you folks knowledgable about these mechanics.

I didn’t have a good feeling about it at all - trust your gut! Only thing that kept me from doing it myself was the damn torque requirements on the bar. I knew I should have just mounted my big vise on my reloading bench and bought a set of good crows feet and an Amazon torque multiplier. Never again - the old man taught me how to turn wrenches for this exact reason….

And…. The tech says the kit didn’t come with the top spacer. Meaning he threw it away and/or is trying to save face for not reading the directions I printed out for the shop. CJC doesn’t have the individual pieces, so I need to contact Carli direct for a warranty claim. Still on hold.
Thanks for letting me rant, but I am so pissed off right now….

I wanted to do this myself, but admittedly, it's a bit out of my league. I spoke with Carli directly about an installer here in town that listed on their site as a retailer. They said that if the retailer is listed on their site, then they know what they're doing. That made me feel a bit better. I"ve spoken with the retailer and they do a ton of Carli installs, so gave me more confidence. Also brought up things I should be thinking about, which I wasn't, which made me feel even better. I hope this gets resolved for you and everything is okay.

You are so correct. This is something that shouldn’t be left to armature hour or your ordinary shop around the corner. My day’s of level/lifts are behind me fortunately.
You guys with all the knowledge in this category are a HUGE assets to this forum. Thanks for any and All your input! 👍
I can’t think of many things that would piss me off more then handing someone my 70k + rig, for them to fuck things up! 😣

Don’t let anyone tell you the answers aren’t at the bottom of a whiskey bottle….
Carli called back after I left a message and the rep consoled me, laughed with me, took my info, and has a new upper misalignment spacer coming free of charge. Outstanding customer service!!
Aside from the issues with the track bar, I love the look I was able to achieve with the 1.5 level and the 4in blocks. Still has a ~1 3/8” rake to it and should do fine with stock leaf springs based on the 7500lb max trailer I currently drag. No more rubbing at all with the 37s. More to follow with the shop making right was was wronged and of course
