What's up! I'm Tiffany! Sold my 2018 F150 STX and ordered a 2022 F250 Lariat Tremor on Aug 30th of this year. Truck arrived Dec 15th! I went with the Carbonized Gray Metallic and Black Appearance Package. I stumbled across this forum and hope to find out everyone's opinions on some upgrades and brands I've had my eye on.

Yes very excited, should be any day. Did you go with the 6.7 or 7.3?

Also how long was yours in transit for?

I went with the 7.3L gas.

Truck shipped on Oct 28th and was in transit for 48 days. Spent a lot of time sitting in the Kentucky and Illinoise rail yards. Once it arrived in Tacoma, it took about 3 days to get to Renton, then it was delivered to the dealership the following day.

I knew where my truck was before the dealership did, sometimes days before their systems would be updated. Best perks of stalking my truck? Got to see her get off loaded at the dealer.

Beautiful, congrats to you also! Tinting next week. Currently looking at some 37s on 20s. Also want a cat back!

Nice, your truck is going to look great…it looks great now too. Love that color. ! I m probably sticking with the factory tires for now. I went with Oxford white so the black out appearance was not an option. You also got the spray in bed liner, which is nice. I have an appointment with line-x a week from tomorrow. I ordered some bed racking options from built rite that I’ll be adding as well. Still debating which tonneau cover I am going with. Most likely a flip style so I can remove it more easily if needed.

Interesting you can't have the black appearance package with Oxford white. Yes! Glad I got the spray in bedliner. Line X is great, had their bedliner on my last truck. Welcome! Nice looking truck... Others have gone the 37 route on here and it looks great regardless of which rim diameter you choose - almost like it should of been the factory solution!

I am looking at the bakflip brand cover, but I really want to see how they operate IRL. I need to do some in person shopping around, I just haven’t had the time. I’ve seen the line-x brand flip covers and the trukzedo at the local line-x store, but I’d like to compare more.

Now that our kids are almost out of the house, (I have a daughter who is a sophomore in college) we are planning to do some more traveling and I don’t want to limit myself to dry storage in the back seat. Also debating a shell, to make transporting our yellow lab (who sheds more than any dog I’ve ever had) easier without making a huge mess inside the cab. The shell is just more cumbersome and I will not be able to remove myself, not to mention where to safely store it while not in use. I also use my truck for work which only adds another layer of challenges in choosing the right bed cover option. Time will tell I guess.

I was in an accessory store the other day (Auto Extras in Winston-Salem, NC) and they had miniature but full function displays of just about all the common covers except the Diamond HD which I am considering. If I decide against the security and cumbersomeness (maybe a word), I will go for the Bak Flip MX4. It seems to fit what I may be looking for. Then again, I have had Agricover soft rollups on my last 3 trucks and been happy with them. More waterproof but less secure. But I am of the mindset that if they want in, they are getting in. The Diamond HD just discourages a bit more.
