Hands free microphone

Anyone had problems with the hands free mic when using apple carplay? Didn’t have this problem with my F150. Works fine if I unplug and use Bluetooth. Otherwise, no one can hear me....

Do you have waze app installed? Ive heard that will mess up carplay. Have to uninstall it.
