We also had four really interesting barrels that our tasting panel was able to try. Three of the four stood out in their own ways as being really good, with each of them being the top barrel for different panelists. We've narrowed our search down to one barrel that stood out for the majority of the tasters as a great dram. We don't have an exact number of the number of bottles in the barrel, so once we cross the 100 bottle mark, everyone who submits a pre-order at that point will be on a waitlist until we're able to dump the barrel and determine final yield. With about 20ish bottles before the 100 mark remaining, I suggest submitting your pre-order in now to secure your order! Use the link above to submit your order.

While I have no shortage of appreciation for quality blended whiskey, wasn’t the original plan single barrel select? I understand wanting to increase volume but would rather see a cap on bottles per person. If we want to make this a cool “gotta have” we should keep it single barrel IMO.
