Good evening fellow bourbon enthusiasts.

We will have a finalized pick tomorrow, so now is the time for you to let me know how many bottles you would like to purchase. Here are some important details:

Please submit your pre-order by Friday, April 11.

  • The price per bottle will be approximately $100 + sales tax (8.25%)
    • Depending on the total number of bottles ordered by the group, there is a chance this cost could go down (likely to occur if we exceed 100 bottles).
  • Additional cost will be for the packing materials and shipping via UPS
    • Packing materials = $8 for one bottle, $10 for two bottles, $13 for three bottles, $14 for four bottles, $16 for five or six bottles
    • Shipping: Default will be ground shipping unless otherwise indicated on the order form – cost will be dependent on rates from Dallas, TX to your address
    • In-person delivery: I’m hoping to have this bottled in time for in-person delivery for those who are attending the meet-up in Waco. I can also arrange to meet you over the coming weeks to deliver your bottles if you are in North Texas.
  • Complete this form to place your order: https://forms.gle/jZW3ygGX7gvb2Gt27
    • Once your order has been received, you will receive a PM + email to your personal email address with the total amount of your order. This will occur after the order deadline and a final bottle price has been determined.
  • Your order will not be confirmed until payment has been received. I’ll provide payment details in the message with your total amount due
    • Payment can be made through Zelle (preferred) or via PayPal Friends + Family
    • Other forms of payment can be arranged – reach out via PM to discuss what works for you.
As I am not in the online liquor sales business, I do not stock packing materials and will be using the quantity you are wishing to order to determine what materials I need to order so I don’t end-up with surplus boxes.

Also, should the total bottles requested for some reason exceed supply, I will reduce quantities for anyone who is ordering 3 or more bottles by 1 to assure everyone is able to get 1 – 2 bottles per person.

I do appreciate that we do not personally know each other, and the inherent uncertainty of sending money to a relative stranger. In respect for those who have this concern, the distillery has a relationship with Bourbon Outfitters where they can send them bottles to fulfill orders. Here’s the catch, Bourbon Outfitters will take a 40% cut, so the price of the bottle effectively goes up by that amount (i.e., $140 + tax + shipping).

If you would prefer to order through Bourbon Outfitters, on the form linked above, you’ll only need to let me know your Ford Tremor Form username and the quantity of bottles desired so I may work with the distillery to ensure the necessary inventory is transferred to Bourbon Outfitters. Those who want to use this method to purchase bottles will be sent a private link to complete their purchase. Please purchase the quantity of bottles you have indicated on the form (or that I have confirmed with you if I need to impose reductions) so that there is neither a surplus in inventory or a shortage that would result from ordering a different number of bottles.

Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions.

Some states do not legally allow direct ship of liqueur like MI. Is there a way around this? I do want 2

Yes, please place your order for the number of bottles of cold pressed extra virgin olive oil you would like me to ship you.

Excuse me, officer...bootlegging is as American as baseball and apple pie.

Please don't arrest me - I say that as a teetotalist 😬

I signed up. For Tremor whiskey. 🥃

Do you think you can do free delivery to Canada? Because it’s looking like it’d be a nightmare to ship it. Haha

So I may have to bow out. :-(

I suggest having your order shipped to a friend in the States who can hold onto it for you until you're able to pick it up. Good thing is that it doesn't spoil so just need to find a friend who won't drink it before you can get to it.

If this is a friend you'd be flying to visit, keep in mind the checked baggage allowance for Canada as I believe it is stricter than the U.S. Quick research indicates 1 bottle would be fine to avoid paying duties, and Canadian airlines limit check baggage quantity to 2L so you'd be capped at 2 bottles.

If driving, you'll need to research the provincial limits which are generally much higher (again duty should be paid on anything over a bottle). What I don't know is if the boarder authorities enforce duties, the U.S. customs agents generally do not for citizens. I came back from Scotland with 14 bottles and they didn't care to do the paperwork for $2.14 per bottle.
