Hey Gang I am looking for a more aggressive exhaust form my 24' Tremor 7.3 and I came across the GIBSON CAT-BACK PERFORMANCE EXHAUST #69136B. It's normally $1500 but on sale for $723. For the dollar amount it seems like a good deal and looks awesome.

Has anyone installed this exhaust that can provide some feedback? I saw a post of fitment issues early on but that seems to have been resolved.

Any feedback is appreciated.

I ordered a 1500 dollar Gibson exhaust for my sons 6.2L.

Got it Black Friday for $523

Took longer to get the old exhaust out then install the new one. So far it’s been ok, wish I had a welder but settled on using the clamps.

The factory truck was a single out the passenger side, this is a dual pipe setup straight out the back.

The left side where there is no factory hanger has a bolt on hanger they provide, but it sucks. The left side is looser and you can’t get it to stay level to the right side, just too much play.

When I get some time I’ll probably try to fabricate or rig something for the left side to make it more stable which should allow it to look symmetrical to the other side

Got it. Thanks for the feedback. This one is a dual pipe out of the passenger side with hangers on each. I’ve used Gibson on other vehicles in the past but I’ve been using borla ever since. The price and quality is what has me intrigued.

If you need exhaust help, Rich in Wylie is a really good guy. He helped me with my Corvette
