Got invited to come over.
Here are some ForScan resources

2023+ ForScan AsBuilt Sheet
The 23+ are completely different animals. While some codes are at the same address quite a few are not.

There are also a few things that are found but either not functioning properly or at all.

Auto Engine Idle Shutdown - Not working
DTE - Semi functioning. Change results in increase but not 100% of true value. DTE value will stay solid for several hundred miles (depending on mileage) the start to decrease. We are continuing to test, but it appears to be a "learned value"

2020-22 ForScan AsBuilt Sheet
There are differences between 20/21 - 22 are a hybrid

ForScan Helping Hands

ForScan Tire Size Calculator

I have been working with ForScan for a while. We can figure most things out that are possible.
I have worked with the ForScan Team on the Super Duty platform.
Hope I can help out

Welcome! About time you joined 🍻

Love seeing you here @ZooDad !!

Welcome!

Welcome! You have been a wealth of knowledge for me on the other forum. I'm just a hop and a skip from you in Bakersfield. Where are you moving to?

Would love to see Modman and ZooDad team up to figure out how to keep the tailgate camera from shutting off at 6mph

and how to disable the WiFi / Cellular / GPS functionality for those of us that would like to be “off grid”

@ZooDad
I went to update my tire pressure last night and got a message that Forscan doesn't recognize my PCM. I also got a message the at my reader was not recommended which could be part of the problem.
I was able to successfully preform this action on my 2020 and 2022 Tremors with this adapter. The current truck is a 2023 HO Tremor. i updated to the most current version of forscan. Did something change with the required adapters or Forscan on 23's?

@westernsky - Not that I am aware of... what adapter are you using??

Another user had an issue changing TPMS values with the latest Forscan version. I suggested to not load a previous profile when asked and that worked for him.

Post in thread 'FORScan for 2020's' https://www.fordtremor.com/threads/forscan-for-2020s.111/post-308944

My current adapter is a ELM327 clone. It worked fine on my 2022 but I'm not so sure it's not the problem on the 23. It does have a manual HS/MS switch instead of an auto.

I am not able to even connect to the truck to get to the TMPS section of the BCM. Ill review the thread but I don't think that the issue.

Some 23 are not in the 2.3.54 database yet
@westernsky sent you a PM

I’m not super Forscan smart, but I did see video from ARod - here’s the clip - where he says the ‘23 and Forscan aren’t compatible right now. The video is 2 months old and there may have been a lot of Forscan movement in the interim, but he mentions that the networks may have changed for MY23.

Thanks for the info. I speak with ARod often. Some are compatible, we are working through others. Some of the standard locations for common changes are at different addresses in the MY2023

Correct. I’ve got it up and going on my 23 with the help of @JHForman812 There are some differences between my brothers 22 and my 23. Wish I had time to get documented.

@ZooDad Question. Saw this 'Multi Battery Configuration' option in Forscan, but not sure what to make of it.

My truck is factory equipped with dual batteries, so I'm not sure why my truck shows as 'Single' as the default. Unless this option has no meaning for our Super Duty trucks? Thank you for your help :)

I changed mine (option 1) I have not seen under the hood of a 23 so check for 1 or 2 BMS sensors to make the choice. I have found no difference pro/con. I made the change when I switched to AGM batteries.

Mine's a 22 model year. Forgot to mention that. I do not remember this option being visible in older ForScan versions (circa 2022).

You can add me to that helping hands sheet. Been using it for over a year. Metro ATL GA

Zoodad helped me with a couple changes on my 23. It looks like the TMPS may have changed a bit and the seatbelt chime took some work that he helped me with.

Thanks @ZooDad !! You're a great resource to have around.
