Get ready for the March 2024 group buy at FordTremor.com! This month we've teamed up with @gmoon from WAYPOINT to bring you an incredible deal on the AFN Super Duty front and rear bumpers. Members of FordTremor.com can secure a whopping 20% discount off the retail price of $2732.43 for the front bumper and 20% off the retail price of $3,520.15 for the rear bumper with swing-outs.

Both Bumpers fit Ford F250/F350 Super Duty vehicles up to the 2022 model year, and we expect the new revisions made will fitment the 2023-2024 model but will be confirmed soon, once the brackets are test fit on a vehicle next month..

This aftermarket front bumper is fully bolt-on and features integrated LED fog and turn signals. Includes a sturdy winch plate that fits Ford Performance OEM and aftermarket winches. There are two skid plates included with this front bumper: The Primary ‘Upper Underbody’ plate fabricated from 6mm aluminum alloy, and a secondary ‘Lower Underbody’ plate fabricated from a 4mm steel plate.

Additional information on the AFN front bumper can be found here:

If you have any questions about these bumpers, don't hesitate to post in this thread.

If this is something you would be interested in, reply to this thread with "SIGN ME UP" along with what bumper you would be interested in. Quantities will be limited! I'll leave this thread open for 15 days and close the thread on April 1st. Once the sign-up period is over, I'll send everyone a private message with details to complete the order.

Hey guys

If you have any product questions feel free to ask away and Ill get those answered here. I believe we have only a couple NON-SWINGOUT rear bumpers if you are interested in those. I should get clarification on those at or before the container lands at the end of March.

For those that might not know, AFN is a bumper company from Portugal. They have an amazing facility and a great reputation, with a large portion of their business related to military vehicles and upfitting. Although very prevalent in Europe, South America, and Australia they have only been in the states for a few years.

Having installed one on our personal truck, I can confirm the internal parts are super beefy and will hold up to whatever you guys can throw at it. They do a great job of organizing and labeling the nuts and bolts to make the install experience as easy as possible.

Plus, its one of the few bumpers that was designed -- from inception -- to accept the rather strangely designed Ford OEM winch, for those guys that have the hidden winch mount from Ford, but want to upgrade their front bumper to get more protection. Itll also fit your more common winches as well.

Excited to bring a great brand here to the forum.

Here's a great walkthrough video:

This comes as no surprise, I'm sure, but sign me up, both front and rear (swing out).

Question on the front bumper - same price both with or without the fairlead?

I might note that for anyone looking to go with 37" tires, with the discount the swing out rear bumper becomes a cheaper and imo much more justifiable option for a spare than the Carli trophy hitch.

Any of these gun turrets in the shipment? https://special-projects.afn.pt/

Gun Turrets sold separately!

I will get clarification on the fairleads. If you have the OEM Ford Performance / Warn fairlead with the offset, you will not need the AFN. However, a generic fairlead will not fit because of the offset they designed to accommodate the Ford Performance system.

Ah, I was thinking about trying a HawsePro fairlead - you don’t think that will work?

Shoot me a DM and I can talk you through it. It think it'd be a pretty straight forward adaptation.

I just need to open up the area a bit more to allow for the cable/rope to pass through. However, Ive been running Synthetic with the static fairleads without any issue.

Tried to find information on the site about why the w/Fairlead option, but didn't see any info tab or aterick with note elaborating on that selection. What's the story with the fairlead?

Happy to clarify:
The Ford Performance winch uses an offset fairlead in order to accommodate the winch remote plug on the front of the vehicle. Its a super slick design.

AFN wanted to make the "upgrade" for those with this winch package as simple as possible, so they designed the bolt pattern to match the ford fairlead and with a small hole to allow for the plug to come through.

If you are like me and are adding a non Ford Performance aka "Tremor Winch" then you will need to order the AFN fairlead as seen on our white truck below. Its a rather inexpensive option, and I will get pricing on that on Monday. I think like most fairleads, its around $70 before the forum discount.

Will the rear fit with a Carli Trophy Hitch, or does the larger hitch size and/or placement cause a conflict?

I asked AFN USA last week who has one on their 2021 Tremor and he jumped under and said they didnt see an issue with adding a Trophy hitch later on. I havent seen one mounted yet so its hard to be 100% sure. I will as for the install instructions from AFN and Carli to see if we can cross compare install notes.

I’ve emailed them before about whether there were any plans for a non swing-out bumper. Glad to (maybe) have confirmation that they exist? Can you PM or share any photos or drawings of the non-swing design?

I’ve been eyeballing this front bumper for a while. Almost bought during Black Friday, but the swing out rear just doesn’t work for me and was hoping for a matching front-rear set.

Thanks!

I found this on their European website.

I sold my color matched bumper off our 22 Lariat ultimate (aka LED fog lights) for $1250 here in socal. Took about a week or so via offerup.

Dumb question, does this work with ACC vehicles? I didn't see anything mentioned either way on the website.

Not dumb at all! ACC module gets relocated up to the grill. We used the kit from ADD for our truck. Very straight forward.

I've emailed AFN USA today. If I dont hear back towards the end of the day (PST) I will give them a ring. Once I get answers to the questions you guys asked, I will share them here.
