Ford VCM-II and IDS

Anyone using the Ford VCM-II unit? I updated mine to IDS 117.01 and it works on my 2018 F150, but I cannot get it to work on the 2020 F250. I keep receiving a Testman error 12 12 266146. Searched all over and can't find any information about this error, hoping someone has some input.

The latest is 123.04 117 is a little outdated.

I would say its not working due to the software version being older. I would try and download 123 it should work then
