Ford Tracking Website Issues

I placed my order 10/13, got my VIN and order number from dealer 10/16 (dealer said a build week was set for 11/15). I was able to login to the Ford tracking website and see the build info for the truck, which I was happy to see matched my order (was worried the dealer was maybe playing games). Other than "order confirmed" date there really wasn't any useful info, but it made me feel good to look at it. But then after a few days I couldn't see anything, when I put in the VIN and order number it would just redirect me back to the "login" page ( https://shop.ford.com/vehicleordertracking ). Oddly enough I have been able to get to the vehicle page about once a week but then it goes back to redirecting to the login page. Anyone else having this happen? Crossing my fingers that I'll see it scheduled soon, I'd be happy to have the truck by Christmas, but January is a little bit more realistic.

I’ve been experiencing the same issue the last couple weeks - after submitting my order # and VIN it just redirects back to the login page. I just check a few times throughout the day and it eventually shows the tracking info. My dealer also said they’re having tracker issues and that some vehicles still showing in production have ended up being delivered so who knows what the issue is.

@drtwrm thanks! I was put a little on edge because the VIN the dealer initially provided was invalid, through trial and error I figured out that there was an O in place of a zero. Probably just an honest mistake, but would be willing to bet that unsavory dealers are placing orders with intentional errors so they can get the "supply and demand $10k over MSRP".

The trackers seem to have issues on and off. They also tend to lag behind where your truck actually is at any given time. For instance, the trackers continued to say my truck was in shipping 2 days after it was delivered to the dealership.
