Floor Shift Conversions

I see that the F150 has a floor shift for the gearbox. Seeing as the cabin and interior are shared between the F150 and the bigger F trucks, does anyone know if the bigger trucks can be converted to floor shift easily, and if it has been done and what would be involved. Obviously things like consoles and linkages, but what about electrical, etc? I find the column shift a real negative.
