- 2021 F350 Platinum Tremor 6.7
After 75 miles around da hood since pickup Friday.
75 miles - half freeway and the rest curvy assed mountain roads plus 15 miles of steep single lane dirt. Not 4WD but slippery enough in places to put her in 4WD High cause The Dude was rompin’! What a beast! I was a bit cautious on the canyon carving at first but once I began to trust the Goodyears and the Adaptive Steering -
GET THE PHUK OUTTA MY WAY!
On the dirt I was way impressed with the Tremor shocks - hit some decent bumps good on purpose - way solid! And nigh unbelievable going up a 6 degree slope at 20 mph in 4th gear at 1500 rpm!
The engine was like -
“Wake me when you need me, dude.”
For the highway I dropped the tires to
60 front/70 rear. A slight bit of wander
at 75 but ever so slight. Gonna keep it
there for a while to see how the tires break in.
Was seeing 21-25 mpg on freeway at 70-75!
Overall including the dirt romping 17.7!
Are you kidding me?
